Vacant Position: Fresh Graduates Intake

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science/IT, Computer or Network Engineering or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or at least Second Class Upper. Candidates who are able to meet this academic qualification from other disciplines/courses are also encouraged to apply.
For those keen on pursuing technical IT-related positions, technical certifications will be an added advantaged. Examples include CCNA and/or CCNP (Cisco for networking), MCP or MCSA (Microsoft for systems support or software development). Other relevant technical certifications will be duly considered.
Must be proficient in English, both speaking and writing. Candidates must ensure that their cover letter reflects this adequately.

Vacant Position: Solutions Engineer – Post Sales (Security)

Roles and Responsibilities:

To provide solution of greatest added value and improve customers' business
To deliver successful implementation of IT Security Systems e.g. anti-virus, email/gateway scanners etc.
Provide post-sales implementation, technical support and training

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Certification on such as TCSE, CISSP, will be added advantage
Minimum 2 years of related work experience
Technical Knowledge in leading security solution component such as Trend Micro and Symantec
Knowledge in vulnerability assessment and intrusion detection and security audit.
Knowledge in OS hardening
Sound knowledge in networking and internet infrastructure such as Mail, DNS, Proxy/Reverse Proxy
Experience in implementing project via project management methodology
Sound implementation and troubleshooting skill
Possess the following character traits: Dependability, Determination, Flexibility and Resourcefulness
The candidate must have the right attitude and keen interest in any of the following areas and strong motivation
Able to work as part of a team in fast, pressured and demanding environment

Vacant Position: Solutions Engineer – Post Sales (Pseries, AIX)

Roles and Responsibilities:

To provide solution of greatest added value and improve customers' business
To deliver successful implementation of AIX Systems
To install, configure, integrate, customize, test, deploy, Pseries and AIX systems.
Provide post-sales implementation, technical support and training

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Sound knowledge in AIX major component (TCP/IP, JFS, LPAR, LVM, DNS, NFS, Filesets, Installation and configuration)
Minimum 2 years experience as Systems Administrator or able to demonstrate similar capability
Have good knowledge in Networking : WAN, LAN, Ethernet, Token Ring, ATM, Routers, Swtiches
Certification/Skill in AIX5L, Linux, Informix, Win2K is added advantage.
IBM Certified Professional for AIX / HACMP will be added advantage
Able to perform storage and hardware connectivity and configuration.
Experience in implementing project via project management methodology
Sound implementation and troubleshooting skill

Vacant Position: Solutions Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Evaluate customer requirements and constraints and develop optimal design.
Provide hands-on configuration and validation of design, as well as production deployment and migration.
Able to document design, configuration and project results.
Provide knowledge transfer to customer technical staff and brief customer management.
Provide Technical Support on Microsoft Exchange Environments to include the evaluation systems, identify
bottlenecks, provide recommendations and resolution around the supported systems.
Willingness to provide off-hours on-call support.
Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
Experience in continuous support for existing clients.
Able to assist in remote 24x7 support.
Able to troubleshoot multi-environment system problems.
Communicate effectively with different teams and provide courteous customer service.
Must be willing to persevere until problems are resolved and seek help from team members when appropriate.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Hands-on experience and strong working knowledge around the design, deployment & migration of current Active
Directory and Exchange solutions, preferably in an enterprise environment.Minimum of 2 years of Exchange/Active Directory experience.
Experience in deploying and administering Active Directory environment with multiple sites using Windows
2000 or 2003 Server
Experience in deploying and administering Exchange 2000 or 2003 environments
Experience with DNS and WINS environments
Must have dealt with replication issues and multi-sites of Exchange
Understand SMTP, relaying, gateways, front-end, back-end, and clusters
Understand Exchange/AD migration strategies and toolsets.
Understand key components like backup and recovery, storage solutions, unified messaging, fax solutions, and
mobility solutions.
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification in Windows.
Knowledge in MS Exchange 2007 is an added advantage.
