100% Bumiputera status company located at Seri Kembangan, Selangor looking for Customer Service Representative urgently.

Responsibilities

1. Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
2. Place user inquires, problems, questions, complaints and suggestion in helpdesk system.
3. Identify, research, and resolve user issues.
4. Follow-up on user inquires not immediately resolved.
5. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Diploma or above in IT or equivalent.
2. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
3. Candidates with at least 1 year of working experience in Call Centre / Customer Service environment or the related field is an added advantage for this position.
4. Good interpersonal skills and customer interface skills - both on the phone and in person with customers and colleagues.
5. Applicants must be willing to work in shift. (7am - 4pm, 4pm - 1am).
