Vacancy : Junior Web Content Writer

RESPONSIBILITIES :

We are looking for professionals who are gifted and experienced in research and copy generation

• manage and develop content
• writing, copywriting, and image sourcing
• prepare, update, and implement the Content Planner for the web portal
• prepare and provide timely reports on weekly/ monthly consumer traffic to the company's web portal
• liaising and coordinate with relevant parties for information or write-ups
• research new tools and features, propose, and subsequently implement and manage them to enhance web portal's content
• manage the CMS for the web portal
• assist to promote the company's web portal
• attend to other matters related to the portal
• Use search engines to identify key marketing opportunities
• English editing from third party sources
• Translation of English to Malay contents
• Writing vertical for web and sub-editing

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum 1 year experience writing digital content for the interactive media / advertising industry or similar field.
• Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism or English.
• Experience in writing for different media styles (eg. Websites, Corporate, Print or TV) is an added bonus.
• Knowledge of current trends in the World Wide Web, internet solutions and technology are highly desired
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be proficient in basic office productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel and internet savvy.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as a team.
• Experience or familiarity with web-based Content Design and Development would be helpful.
• Able to work independently and long hours.
• 1 Full-Time position available.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Salary range between RM1K-2K
• Willing to work in Pudu Ulu/Cheras

REQUIREMENTS :

* As Junior Web Content Writer, you should have the gift of persuasive and creative writing and flexible in preparing texts to suit the requirements of a given situation.
